Balance – Vitality – Regeneration
Lao Tzu offers profound wisdom with one incredibly simple diet guideline …
“Before you eat any food a second time, make sure you digest it fully the first time.”

Start Here: Do this one thing, feel better fast!
Whatever you eat today, don’t eat the same thing tomorrow.

Why? The vast majority of people stack food on top of food, meal on top of meal. Their bodies never fully digest what they ate, let along assimilate it’s nutrition or get rid of the waste. Over time, this is incredibly hard on the immune system. The body is constantly fighting toxins in the digestive tract. The gut biome is a mess.
Simply skipping a day before eating the same food again will do wonders for your digestion, vitality and balance.
It is the quickest easiest action step between you and feeling better fast.
Dig Deeper: Which foods digest fast or slow?
Remember: Different people digest, assimilate and cleanse at different rates.

Watery vegetables and fruits: These digest the quickest. Most people in good health can have them every day. So while the skip a day on anything you eat is fool proof, the whole thing is more nuanced when you know the details.
Grains, Nuts, Seeds: These can vary quite a bit, especially in how they are prepared. Generally, 2-4 days between is best, especially with carbohydrates.
Animal protein: These heavier foods take much longer to digest. It is best to leave 4-7 days between eating these foods. Less for fish, more for red meat.
Different people digest, assimilate and cleanse at different rates. These day ranges are guidelines. With experience rotating, you will know when your system is clear.
